9:02:52 AM Chairman White Announcement: Reminder to the public that the meeting is being recorded, televised live by Charter Communications and streamed over the internet.
9:03:13 AM Chairman White There was public comment on matters within the Commission's jurisdiction. Darlene Falk, President of Gallatin County Council on Aging thanked the Commission for funding, and passed out a Senior Resource Directory labeled Exhibit A, and information on Conference Of Aging labeled Exhibit B.

Approval of Contract(s): Memorandum of Agreement for Acceptance of a Joint Award Pass-Through Grant Agreement with the City of Bozeman. 9:09:17 AM Road and Bridge Superintendent Bill Brownell Opened the following bid proposals: Pavement Management Resources Solutions, Columbia Falls MT, total bid amount was $409,825.79; and Knife River, Belgrade MT, total bid amount was $392,835.00. Bids will be taken under advisement and return June 30, 2015 with a recommendation.

10:19:28 AM Commissioner Seifert Having reviewed and considered the application materials, staff report, and public comment, in accordance with the requirements of Section 76-3-608 Montana Code Annotated, and the Gallatin County Subdivision Regulations, I move to approve the amended plats for Lots 1-5 Block 7 for Falcon Hollow Phase 3 Major Subdivision with approval subject to all laws and regulations.
